Does anyone eat Muskie? I've caught them, but never eaten them.... How's the flavor and prep?

I'd think it's similar to northern. I've never caught one but my dad has on Bush Lake.

It is very similar to northern. I've eaten a few, but only because they had succumbed to battle and I knew they would die if released. They're not bad, they're just not good.
