Waiting for Soft water

Postby JJH » Wed Feb 17, 2010 6:13 pm

So i was in the pole shed yesterday, and couldn't help but think about fishing soft water. I thought about running her down to Red Wing to do a little eye fishing, but the weekend traffic is nutz down there. Oh well, about 2 months and we'll get out and running :(

I'm waiting for either the Rainy or the Missouri to open. South Dakota should be ready early April.

I'm headed down to OK at the end of April to do a little slab and kitty fishing, i'm all too afraid this will be how I end up opening my season.

I just checked the batteries in the Skeeter today and can't wait to get on open water and let her run.

Opener for Bass seems a long time from now.
